Grilled Asparagus with Caesar Aioli

Because nothing celebrates a beautiful sunny day like a light lunch of vivaciously green asparagus



Grilled Asparagus with Caesar Aioli

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 anchovy fillet
1 egg yolk
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tbs hot water
1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed
Olive oil, to grease
Shaved parmesan and Salt and Pepper, to serve
